Cancellation Policy:

 A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and is payable upon completing the booking form on our website. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit will serve as the cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees may include the following factors:

• Time spent advising on hymn selections
• Checking the funeral booklet for correct placement and lyrics of hymns
• Arrangement of additional musicians, if applicable
• Rehearsal time invested
• Lost opportunity costs from turning down other bookings during the reserved time slot
